Introduction

APES anti-stripping agents, also known as silane coupling agents, chemically bond (couple) with organic and inorganic materials, increasing the bonding properties of the two materials. Used in mineral filled phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resins. It can greatly improve and strengthen the physical and mechanical properties of plastic, such as dry and wet flexural strength, compressive strength, shear strength, and wet electrical properties, and improve the wettability and dispersion of filler in polymer. It is an excellent bond promoter and can be used in polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic adhesives and sealing materials. It can improve the dispersibility of pigments and enhance the adhesion to glass, aluminum and iron metals. It is also suitable for polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic latex coatings. In resin sand casting, the adhesive property of resin silica sand can be enhanced, and the strength and moisture resistance of molding sand can be improved. In the production of glass fiber cotton and mineral cotton, it can be added to phenolic resin binder to improve moisture resistance and compression resilience. In grinding wheel manufacturing, the phenolic resin adhesive is helpful to improve the adhesive property and water resistance of self-hardening sand.
