Introduction

Fast green is an acid dye that is soluble in water (4% solubility) and alcohol (9% solubility). Fast green is a stain that stains fibrous cell tissue containing pulp and is widely used in staining cells and plant tissues. It ranks with hematoxylin and safranine as the three most commonly used dyes in plant histology.

Instructions

The usage and dosage of biochemical reagents are mainly determined according to the customer's experimental purpose and the experimental methods in existing literature or books. The following uses are for reference only.

1. This product can be formulated with 2% fast green dye solution, used for staining osteogenic parts of bone tissue to show that the bone is stained green. Preparation method: dissolve 2g of fast green in 100mL of distilled water, and then dissolve fully.

2. This product can be prepared as 0.5% fast green dye solution, used for plant tissue staining, sieve tubes, thin-walled cells, cellulose-containing cell walls into green. Dyeing solution preparation method: 0.5g fast green dissolved in 100mL 85% alcohol can be dissolved and mixed.
