Auto Decalcification System
Provides a 4°C low-temperature environment to effectively protect the enzyme and protein activity in the sample. Supports decalcification of samples such as bone and teeth with a fast decalcification speed; a variety of specifications are available to reduce the amount of decalcification solution while ensuring high-quality sample processing.
Product Introduction
The Servicebio Decalcification System maintains samples in a 4°C low-temperature environment, effectively preserving enzyme and protein activity within the samples. In osteoblast staining, its performance is significantly superior to traditional methods, particularly for ALP staining, where it delivers clear and distinct results. Conventional decalcified samples often fail to achieve effective ALP staining due to enzyme inactivation.
Enzyme activity is highly sensitive to temperature and decalcification conditions. The Servicebio Decalcification System ensures precise preservation of enzyme and protein activity through continuous low-temperature control and optimized decalcification protocols, combined with specialized decalcification solution. This enables clear and effective staining results for osteoblast ALP staining.

Important Note: Decalcification time is not absolute and can vary significantly depending on factors such as tissue morphology and bone age. For instance, incomplete removal of skin or muscle, or the presence of other materials in the tissue may affect the decalcification period. For larger specimens, pre-sectioning is recommended to shorten processing time and improve decalcification efficiency.
