INTRODUCTION
COMM Domain Containing 7 (COMMD7) composed of 200 amino acid which contains 1 COMM domain. COMMD7 interacts (through COMM domain) with COMMD1 via its COMM domain.COMMD7 also associates with the NF-kappa-B complex and suppresses its transcriptional activity. COMMD7 is highly expressed in lung.
DESCRIPTION
COMMD7 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 223 amino acids (1-200 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.9kDa.
COMMD7 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
