AHTS Maxi Unique Dual Index DNA Adapters Set1-Set 4 for Illumina is a library preparation kit specially designed for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. It is suitable for multi-sample DNA library preparation on Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. The kit contains Unique Dual Index(UDI) with specific matching, which can achieve two completely independent Index double testing and greatly reduce tag hopping and Index misassignment.
