VAHTS HiFi Universal Amplification Mix for MGI(SI) is an updated version of VAHTS HiFi Amplification Mix, which is widely applicable to PCR amplification of high-throughput sequencing (NGS) libraries. Through the directed evolution of VAHTS HiFi DNA Polymerase, the compatibility and amplification sensitivity of the template were improved. Combined with buffer chemical formulation optimization, VAHTS HiFi Universal Amplification Mix for MGI(SI) can achieve highly homogeneous library amplification, which significantly improves sequencing quality. This product contains special protective agent, long-term storage or repeated freezing and thawing can still maintain stable expansion performance.
