SM Peptone (Similar Meat) obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of soy bean meal and fresh marine raw materials obtained by autolysis, soluble in water. It is utilized for the production of antibiotics and other fermentation products and for the preparation of culture media for microbiology.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration are evident.
