Applications:
This test kit is specially designed to detect Florfenicol residues in fish, shrimp, chicken, pork, beef, honey and poultry eggs, ensuring food safety compliance.

Testing Principle:
The kit is based on a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatography assay. The test strip contains a control line (C) and a test line (T). When the sample is applied, it reacts with pre-coated recombinant antigens. The color intensity of the T-line is inversely proportional to the Florfenicol concentration. The presence of a C-line indicates a valid test result.

How to Use:

1. Sample Preparation – Follow the user manual for sample extraction and preparation.
   
   
2. Test Procedure:
   2.1. Remove the test cassette from its package and place it on a flat surface.
   
   2.2. Pipette 100μL of the prepared sample into a microwell, mix 3-5 times, and let it stand for 3 minutes.
   
   2.3. Transfer the entire solution into the sample well of the test cassette.
   
   
   2.4. Read results within 8-10 minutes (results after 10 minutes are invalid).
   
   
   

Important Notes:

  The test cassette should be used at a temperature of 20-40°C.
  Use within 1 hour after opening to avoid moisture interference.
  For qualitative testing only.
  Single-use only – do not reuse test cassettes.

Storage Conditions:
Store the kit sealed at 4-30°C in a cool and dry place. Do not freeze. The product has a 12-month shelf life.
