Applications:
This test kit is specially designed to detect quinolone residues in meat, seafood, aquatic product and egg, ensuring food safety compliance.
Testing Principle:
The kit is based on a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatography assay. The test strip contains a control line (C) and a test line (T). When the sample is applied, it reacts with pre-coated recombinant antigens. The color intensity of the T-line is inversely proportional to the quinolone concentration. The presence of a C-line indicates a valid test result.
