Application: Intended to test β-Lactams or/and Tetracyclines or/and Streptomycins or/and CAP or/and Tylosin residues in raw milk, pasteurized milk and milk powder samples. Such as goat's milk, camel's milk, and buffalo milk.

The FSTest β-Lactams+Tetracyclines+Streptomycins+CAP+Tylosin Rapid Test Strip works on the immunochromatographic principle. It has a result-reading area with 5 Test (T) lines and 1 Control (C) line—all invisible before testing.

When a sample is applied to the strip's loading side, the liquid flows laterally across the strip’s surface and reacts with pre-coated recombinant antigens. If the sample contains Tylosin (T1), Chloramphenicol (T2), Streptomycins (T3), Tetracyclines (T4), or β-Lactams (T5), the corresponding T line(s) will fade (lighter than the C line). The C line always appears to confirm a valid test. This lets the strip indicate the presence of the above target substances in the sample.

Operation Steps

• Equilibrate samples/strips to 20-40°C; dissolve milk powder 1:9 with distilled water (use homogeneous samples without clumps, murkiness or odd scents).
  
• Unpack strips/microwells, label, re-cap tube immediately (avoid contamination and moisture).
  
• Add 150μL sample to microwells, mix thoroughly with pipette, incubate 3min (use incubator if room temp<20°C).
  
• Insert strip into microwell, start timing.
  
• Read results within 8min (invalid after 10min).
