STORAGE PROCEDURES
In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4°C in a dry environment. After reconstitution,

SOLUBILITY
Reconstitute with H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

APPLICATIONS
Immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry.

NOTE
This antibody was produced in BALB/c mice. This antibody can be used to detect proliferating cells in living tissues after incubation with BrdU which will be incorporated into newly synthesized DNA of replicating cells (during the S phase of the cell cycle), in place of thymidine during DNA replication. Antibody binding requires prior denaturation of the DNA, by exposing the cells to acid or heat.
