INTRODUCTION
Casein kinase 2 subunit alpha (CSNK2A2) controls numerous cellular processes, such as cell cycle progression, apoptosis and transcription, as well as viral infection. CSNK2A2 protein functions as a regulatory node which integrates and coordinates numerous signals leading to an appropriate cellular response.
DESCRIPTION
CSNK2A2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 374 amino acids (1-350 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 43.7kDa.
CSNK2A2 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
