INTRODUCTION
Cyclin-dependent kinase 3, also known as CDK3, is a part of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase family. CDK3 promotes entry into S phase, partially by activating members of the E2F family of transcription factors. CDK3 also associates with cyclin C and phosphorylates the retinoblastoma one protein to promote exit from G0.
DESCRIPTION
CDK3 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 328 amino acids (1-305) and having a molecular mass of 37.4kDa.
CDK3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
