INTRODUCTION
Enoyl-CoA Delta Isomerase 1 (ECI1) is a main mitochondrial enzyme which takes part in beta-oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids. ECI1 is a member of the hydratase/isomerase superfamily. ECI1 catalyzes the transformation of 3-cis and 3-trans-enoyl-CoA esters to the 2-trans-enoylCoA intermediates.

DESCRIPTION
ECI1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 284 amino acids (42-302 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 31.1kDa.
ECI1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
