Centrifugal protein purification empty column is an essential tool in the field of protein purification, which is mainly used to separate and purify proteins from complex biological samples. Generally, it is filled with a specific chromatography medium, such as agarose, dextran, affinity chromatography resin or biogel, through centrifugation, it can rapidly purify proteins. After the centrifugation, the bound proteins can be eluted from the chromatography medium by using appropriate elution buffers.
