INTRODUCTION
Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase-like 3 (PPIL3) belongs to the cyclophilin family which catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of peptidylprolyl imide bonds in oligopeptides. PPIL3 acts either as catalyst or as molecular chaperone in protein-folding events.
DESCRIPTION
PPIL3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 181 amino acids (1-161 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 20.3kDa.
PPIL3 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
