Product Description/Introduction

Aniline blue staining solution is one of the components of Masson tricolor staining kit. Aniline blue dyeing solution is mainly composed of aniline blue and weak acid, which is acidic. It is often used in conjunction with ponceau magenta dyeing solution to dye collagen fibers. After dyeing, muscle fibers are red and collagen fibers are blue, which is mainly used to distinguish collagen fibers from muscle fibers.

The usage and dosage of biochemical reagents are mainly determined according to the customer's experimental purpose and the experimental methods in existing literature or books. The following uses are for reference only.

In masson staining, aniline blue dye stains collagen fibers blue and is used to show collagen fibers in tissues. The formula for the 2% aniline blue dye solution used in staining: 2g of aniline blue, 2mL of glacial acetic acid, and distilled water added to 100mL.

In the Kjeldahl band staining experiment of plant root endodermis, paraffin sections were deparaffinized to water, sliced into 0.1% berberine hydrochloride staining solution for 1 h, washed with water for 3-5 times, and drained of water, and then sliced into 0.05% aniline blue staining solution for 30 min, washed with water for 3-5 times, and drained of water.0.05% aniline blue staining solution was prepared with distilled water.
