Biosharp filter-paper-free sponge pad can be directly used for protein or nucleic acid
transfer in experiments such as Western blotting, Northern blotting, Southern blotting,
and EMSA. It simplifies the assembly of the sandwich structure, from the negative
electrode to the positive electrode, simply place the membrane transfer sponge pad,
gel, transfer membrane, and another sponge pad in sequence. There is no need for the
porous pads and transfer filter papers in the transfer tank.
