Testing Principle:
This competitive ELISA assay detects AHD residues by measuring the color intensity at 450nm, which is inversely proportional to the AHD concentration in the sample.  The test results are compared with a standard curve for accurate quantification.

How to Use:

1. Sample Preparation – Homogenize and extract the sample using the provided protocol.
   
   
2. Test Procedure:
   Add 50μL of standard or sample to each test well.
   Add 50μL of enzyme conjugate solution and 50μL of antibody solution.
   Incubate at 20-28°C for 30 minutes in the dark.
   Wash the wells 4-5 times and remove excess liquid.
   Add 100μL of substrate solution, incubate for 30 minutes, then add 100μL of stop solution.
   Measure absorbance at 450nm using a microplate reader.
   
   
3. Result Interpretation – Compare absorbance values with the standard curve to determine AHD concentration.
