BioFact™ OneStep RT-PCR Series is designed to save time and cost by synthesis of cDNA from RNA and amplification in a single tube at OneStep. Included BioFact™ RTase and BioFact™ H-Star Taq DNA Polymerase is mixed in the mixture as a best optimized rate to get greater efficiency and high specificity. BioFact™ OneStep RT-PCR Series is provided as three types for easy-use: standard kit (enzyme mixture, buffer, 5X Band Helper™, dNTP mixture, RNase-free water), Master Mix (master mix in 1.5ml tube) and Pre-Mix (master mix in 0.2ml 8-strip tube).
