INTRODUCTION
Salmonella Typhi is a pathogen causing typhoid fever, affecting over 17 million people with approximately 600,000 deaths annually worldwide. If untreated, typhoid fever cases result in mortality rates ranging from 12-30%.

DESCRIPTION
S. Typhi antibodies, capture and conjugating, target S. Typhi Outer Membrane Protein and S.Typhi specific polysaccharide respectively.
Please note that when ordering for example: 100µg antibody we ship 50µg from each of the antibodies (100µg in total).
PURIFICATION METHOD
Purified monoclonal IgG by protein A chromatography.
PURITY
Greater than 90%.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE
2 vials of sterile filtered clear colorless solution.
FORMULATION
* S.Typhi capture antibody in 0.01M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2.
* S.Typhiconjugating antibody in 0.01M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2.
STABILITY
S.typhi Paired antibody although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
