INTRODUCTION
Golgi Reassembly Stacking Protein 2, also known as GORASP2, takes part in the assembly and membrane stacking of the Golgi cisternae. Furthermore, GORASP2 is a protein coding gene which regulates the intracellular transport and presentation of various transmembrane proteins.

DESCRIPTION
GORASP2 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 475 amino acids (1-452) and having a molecular mass of 49.5kDa.
GORASP2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

FORMULATION
The GORASP2 solution (1mg/1ml) contains Phosphate buffered saline (pH7.4).

STABILITY
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

PURITY
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
