INTRODUCTION
Beta-casein precursor (CSN2) is a member of the beta-casein family. CSN2 has an imperative role in determination of the surface properties of the casein micelles. CSN2 is specific to mammary glands and is secreted in milk.
DESCRIPTION
CSN2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 236 amino acids (16-226 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.6kDa.
CSN2 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
