INTRODUCTION
Lysophospholipase-like protein 1 (LYPLAL1) is a member of the AB hydrolase 2 family. LYPLAL1 doesn’t exhibit phospholipase nor triacylglycerol lipase activity, able to hydrolyze only short chain substrates as a result of its shallow active site.
DESCRIPTION
LYPLAL1 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 261 amino acids (1-237) and having a molecular mass of 28.9kDa.
LYPLAL1 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
