Product Description/Introduction
EBSS buffer, Earle's Balanced salt Solution, is one of the phosphate buffers commonly used in cell isolation or culture. The main components are glucose, NaHCO3, NaCl, KCl and Na2HPO4, It is used for maintaining osmotic pressure, keeping pH stable and providing simple nutrition. It can be used for rinsing tissue blocks, organs or cells in in vitro experiments, transporting cells or tissues, preparing reagents for cell culture and as a dilution solution for cell counting. Calcium, magnesium ions and phenol red indicator can be added as required.
This product is sterilized by 0.1μm filtration, pH 7.0-7.5@25, osmotic pressure 270-310 mOsm/kg, contains calcium, magnesium ions, phenol red indicator. For the specific content of each ingredient, please check the formulation table on the website.
Storage and Shipping Conditions
Ship at room temperature; Store at room temperature, valid for 24 months.
Note
1.This product has been sterile-filtered with a 0.1 μm filter and is ready for direct use.
2.Please ensure aseptic handling when using this product to avoid contamination.
3.This product contains calcium and magnesium ions. Store it at 2-8°C. If not stored under the required conditions, trace precipitates may form and will be insoluble, rendering the product unusable.
4.Earle's Balanced Salt Solution is suitable for use in a 5% CO incubation environment.
5.Please wear a laboratory coat and disposable gloves during operation.
