Product Description/Introduction
PCR grade water is treated by deionization, double distillation, special purification and autoclave. It does not contain detectable amount of nucleic acid, and the activities of DNase, RNase and Proteinase are not detected, applicable to all all PCR and RT-PCR assays or related experiments.
Storage and Shipping Conditions
Ship and store at room temperature, valid for 24 months.
Assay Protocol / Procedures
This product is autoclaved and can be used for solubilization of RNA precipitates, various reaction systems containing RNA, and other reaction systems requiring the absence of RNase, DNase and proteinase.
