Description/Introduction
10×Purple DNA Loading Buffer is a ten-fold concentrated DNA loading buffer, the premixed loading buffer contains two dyes, the first blue dye and the second red dye, which can be used as indicator dyes in agarose electrophoresis. The migration of blue dye in 1×TAE Buffer and 1% agarose gel is about 4160 bp, and in 1×TBE Buffer and 1% agarose gel is about 3030 bp. The migration of red dye in 1×TAE Buffer and 1% agarose gel is about 370 bp, and in 1×TBE Buffer and 1% agarose gel is about 220 bp. Neither dye leaves a shadow during UV imaging and also contains EDTA, which chelates divalent metal ions, thereby inhibiting metal-dependent nuclease activity.

Instructions for Use
Every 9 μL DNA sample is mixed with 1 μL 10×Purple DNA Loading Buffer and added to the gel spot pore of DNA electrophoresis.
Notice
1. This product can not be used as Loading Buffer for protein gel electrophoresis.
2. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
