Introduction
Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO), the molecular formula is NaHCO, is an inorganic compound, white crystalline powder, odorless, alkaline and easily soluble in water. In moist air or hot air, it slowly decomposes, producing carbon dioxide, which is completely decomposed when heated to 270. When exposed to acid, they decompose strongly, producing carbon dioxide. Sodium bicarbonate is an acid salt formed after neutralization of strong base and weak acid. It is weakly alkaline when dissolved in water and commonly used as analytical reagent, chromatography analysis reagent. It is also used in the preparation of leptospira culture medium, inorganic synthesis and pharmaceutical. Used as a starter for food work, as a carbon dioxide producer in soft drinks and cold drinks, and as a preservative for butter. It can be directly used as raw materials in pharmaceutical industry. Can also be used for film production, leather tanning, mineral processing, smelting, metal heat treatment, and used in fiber, rubber industry, etc. At the same time used as wool detergent, foam extinguishing agent, and used for agricultural immersion, etc.
