Introduction

Vitamin B3 belongs to vitamin B group, also known as niacin, nicotinic acid, niacin resistance factor, molecular formula for C6H5NO2, chemical name pyridine-3-formic acid, good thermal stability, can sublimate, often used in industry purification niacin sublimation method. The appearance of niacin is white crystal or white crystalline powder, soluble in water, mainly exists in animal viscera, muscle tissue, fruit, egg yolk is also a trace of existence, is one of the 13 essential vitamins for human body. At present, niacin is mainly used as a feed additive, which can improve the utilization rate of feed protein, improve the milk yield of dairy cows and the yield and quality of fish, chicken, duck, cattle, sheep and other poultry and livestock meat. Nicotinic acid is also a widely used pharmaceutical intermediate, which can be used as raw material to synthesize a variety of medicines, such as nicotinic acid and nicotinic acid inositol ester. In addition, niacin also plays an irreplaceable role in luminescent materials, dyes, electroplating industry and other fields.

Instructions

Vitamin B3 can be converted to nicoamide in animals. It is included in the coenzyme molecule of dehydrogenase and is a component of coenzyme I (NAD) and Coenzyme II (NADP). In vivo, the nicotinamide part of the two coenzyme structures has reversible hydrogenation and dehydrogenation properties, so it plays a role in the transfer of hydrogen in the REDOX process.

Vitamin B3 can affect the hematopoietic process, promote iron absorption and blood cell production; Maintain the normal function of the skin and the secretion of digestive glands; Improve the excitability of central nervous system, cardiovascular system, reticuloendothelial system and endocrine function. In addition, the production performance of livestock and poultry can be improved. Nicotinic acid can significantly increase feed conversion rate and laying rate, and affect glycolysis, citric acid cycle, respiratory chain and fatty acid biosynthesis when insufficient, thus causing nicotinic acid deficiency.

Store tightly sealed.

Note:

Niacin deficiency (Pellagra), also known as Pellagra, is a systemic disease caused by the deficiency of niacin or its precursor tryptophan. Clinically, the main manifestations of this disease are dermatitis, diarrhea, dementia and death, also known as "4D sign". The disease was first described by Dr. Gaspar Casal of Spain in 1735. In the past, malnutrition was considered to be the main cause of the disease. Now studies have found that alcohol and drugs can also cause niacin deficiency.
