Biosharp medium pressure chromatography column is specifically designed for the purification of antigens and antibodies, recombinant proteins, as well as protein desalting. It can be filled with chromatography media based on separation mechanisms such as
immunoaffinity, ion exchange, gel filtration, and reverse phase. It’s powerful for purifying antibodies, proteins, and other molecules. The medium pressure chromatography column is compatible with liquid phase purification systems (such as the ÄKTA purifier), and can
also be connected to syringes or peristaltic pumps.

- The column tube is made of medical-grade polypropylene (PP), has low
adsorption and excellent biocompatibility - Can be used in series to enhance the purification performance
- The maximum withstand pressure: 0.5MPa
