Testing Principle:
This competitive ELISA assay detects AOZ by measuring the color intensity at 450nm, which is inversely proportional to the AOZ concentration in the sample.  The absorbance is compared to a standard curve to determine precise AOZ levels.

How to Use:

1. Sample Preparation – Homogenize and extract the sample following the provided protocol.
   
   
2. Test Procedure:
   Add 50μL of standard or sample to each test well.
   Add 50μL of enzyme conjugate solution and 50μL of antibody solution.
   Incubate at 20-28°C for 30 minutes in the dark.
   Wash wells 4-5 times and remove excess liquid.
   Add 100μL of substrate solution, incubate for 30 minutes, then add 100μL of stop solution.
   Measure absorbance at 450nm using a microplate reader.
   
   
3. Result Interpretation – Compare absorbance values with the standard curve to determine AOZ concentration.
